Garlic & Pepperocini Dipping Oil

Garlic and Pepperocini are slow cooked inside a premium Olive Oil for hours allowing the flavor to develop. A Tomato sauce sits inside the Oil. Served with Bread.

Crab Cakes

Our most popular item and a signature dish features local Jumbo Lump Crab  that is folded into a tangy mix of more Crab with hardly any filling. Served only with a pad of Butter. It needs nothing else.

Chicken Mole Verde

Chicken quarters are slow roasted and cooked in a sous vide and served with a Green Mole Verde.

Pollo a la Brassa

A Peruvian classic dish features Chicken Thighs cooked in a sous vide and served with a fresh and vibrant green sauce that has a ton of flavor.

Tandoori Chicken

Chicken is marinated in a mixture of Yogurt and Masala, a spice blend. It is colored with Kashmiri Red Chili Powder and Turmeric and then roasted

Tarragon Chicken Salad Sliders



Grouper Cakes

Local Grouper fillets baked and topped with a Cajun Remoulade Sauce. 


Two homemade pasta sheets are stuffed with a slow-cooked Ragu made with Beef mince and Pork mince, along with a mixture of Impastata (a premium Riccota Cheese), Pecorino Romano and Basil. The Cannelloni’s are topped with a Bechamel Sauce that is spiked with Truffle Oil and baked until golden and bubbly. 


A family recipe features a moist blend of beef and pork with the perfect mix of seasonings. Ask about vegetarian options.

Chicken Breast is baked and tossed in our Tarragon Mayonnaise with Grapes, Walnuts, Celery and Craisins. 

Sriracha Burger Sliders with Bacon Jam

Asian-flavored burger loaded with garlic, herbs and hoisin sauce with bacon jam, pepper jack cheese and sriracha mayo snuggled between a brioche roll. 

Big Smack Sliders

Sesame-seeded buns sandwich a juicy burger that mirrors the popular burger under the arches. 

Pincho Morunos

Pinchos morunos are a tapas item found all around Spain. Savory kebabs are soaked in a marinade of up to 20 different spices. The flavorful skewers are a combination of the tastes of Spain and Morocco.

Pimento Cheese BLT

Smoked Ham is combined with Pimento Cheese and Tomato and served between mini Biscuits.


Korean Cauliflower Tacos

 Cauliflower is Beer-battered and fried Tempura-style and tossed in a Korean Barbecue sauce. Served on a Tortilla with a zesty Black Bean spread and Apple Cabbage Slaw.

Mexican Meatloaf

Moist and flavorful Meatloaf is topped with Avocado, Fire-roasted diced Tomato, Cilantro Sour Cream sauce and our Perfect. Enchilada sauce. 


Rigatoni in a Red Pepper sauce

Rigatoni is topped with a tangy Red Pepper Tomato sauce.



Our Lasagna is made with homemade pasta sheets and layered with premium Ricotta Cheese, Mascarpone and our Bolognese sauce. It's finished with a touch of Pesto.


Tuscan Ricotta Cavatelli

Homemade Ricotta Cavatelli tossed with Kale, Sausage and Cannellini Beans in a creamy Pesto sauce.


Eggplant Parmigiano

Eggplant is breaded and baked and layered with Marinara, Marscapone and Mozzarella.


Spaghetti with Clams

Spaghetti is served with a Garlic Butter cream Clam sauce that is served with Garlic Bread.
