THANKSGIVING DINNER PACKAGES
Treat yourself to an extraordinary Thanksgiving meal featuring traditional items with a twist. This year, give yourself the time to enjoy your friends and family! You can be the gourmet chef without all the work. We prep your fine-dining Thanksgiving meal for you to enjoy at home. We slice, dice and prep your meal so all you need to do is turn on the oven and range. Items are served a la carte. Inquire for large family gatherings.
Inspired from Gordon Ramsey Steak in Las Vegas, sous vide Turkey Breast is wrapped in a Sage and Sausage Cornbread-style stuffing, Prosciutto and a Puff Pastry. The dish is finished with a Brancy Peppercorn gravy.
Your choice of 3 sides including, creamy Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potato Gratin, crispy Green Beans, Honey-roasted Carrots, Buffalo Carrots, Lemon-Parmesan Brussels Sprouts, Sage and Sausage Cornbread Stuffing, and Cranberry Sauce.
Dinner also comes with a Garden Salad or Pumpkin Bisque. Desserts and appetizers are available but not included.
