Getting Started
It’s simple. Chef Shawn will create dietary profiles for you and your family, including likes and dislikes. You decide on the delivery method and let the meal planning begin.
Meal Planning
Chef Shawn will create a weekly menu that will be available to view each prior to the desired week. You choose up to 5-6 meals to have delivered the following week, with options for additional meals. The meals will have three courses, including an entree, a side and either an appetizer or salad. On occasion, a dessert may be offered. Rates will vary for all meals.
Dining
The meals will be delivered in a temperature-controlled cooler with prepped ingredients for you to pop into the oven or simply mix in a bowl before plating. It’s that simple. All the meals are sent with easy-to-follow instructions. The only ingredients you won’t find in the box are salt, pepper, sugar, oil, cream & butter.

3-COURSE MENU
Chicken Cordon Bleu
A three-day process starts with Chicken Breast soaking in Buttermilk to break down the collagen in the breast meat, making the Chicken incredibly moist. The Chicken is pounded and rolled with Prosciutto and Swiss Cheese. Once set, the Chicken is steamed and sliced into medallions, coated with Flour and sauteed to create a crispy exterior and packaged for delivery. A Dijon Mustard sauce accompanies the dish.
Side Dishes may include: Green Beans Almondine; Spinach Salad with Honey Vinaigrette
How to finish: Saute the Chicken medallions and heat the sauce. Heat the Green Beans and toss the dressing with the salad. Bon Apetitie!
3-COURSE MENU
Lasagna
Pasta sheets are layered with Mascarpone and imported Italian Cheeses, Fresh Basil and a homemade Bolognese. The Lasagna is served with Bolognese and a Bechamel Sauce. Side Dishes may include: Caesar Salad; Garlic Bread
How to finish: Heat the Lasagna, Bolognese and Bechamel. Mix the dressing into the salad before serving and heat the Garlic Bread. Voila!
3-COURSE MENU
Fish Tacos
Fresh Fish marrying together perfectly with Avocado, Mango and diced Red Onion, Tomato and Jalapeno is the perfect compliment to a Tortilla. When seasoned, it is the perfect texture to hold together inside a warm delicious taco. The tacos are served with a Cilantro and Avocado cream sauce. Side Dishes may include: Black Bean and Corn Salad; Carribean Sweet Potato Bisque.
How to finish: Saute the seasoned fish and warm the Tortillas. Build your own taco to your desire. Heat the biqsue and plate the salad! Enjoy!

Teriyaki Salmon
Wild-caught Salmon is marinated and placed in Sous Vide and finished in a Grill Pan with a sweet and spicy sauce.
Mexican Meatloaf
Moist and flavorful Meatloaf is topped with Avocado, Fire-roasted diced Tomato, Cilantro Sour Cream sauce and our Perfect. Enchilada sauce.
Enchalito
Slow-roasted Chicken is mixed with a homemade Enchilada Sauce, fire-roasted Tomatoes and Cheddar/Jack Cheese.
Rigatoni in a Red Pepper sauce
Rigatoni is topped with a tangy Red Pepper Tomato sauce.
Lasagna
Our Lasagna is made with homemade pasta sheets and layered with premium Ricotta Cheese, Mascarpone and our Bolognese sauce. It's finished with a touch of Pesto.
Tuscan Ricotta Cavatelli
Homemade Ricotta Cavatelli tossed with Kale, Sausage and Cannellini Beans in a creamy Pesto sauce.
Eggplant Parmigiano
Eggplant is breaded and baked and layered with Marinara, Marscapone and Mozzarella.
Spaghetti with Clams
Spaghetti is served with a Garlic Butter cream Clam sauce that is served with Garlic Bread.
Basil Curry Chicken
Chicken roulades are marinated, pounded and rolled with a Curry spice mix, steamed, coated with Flour and finished in a sauce pan. The dish is finished with a Basil Curry cream sauce.
Pollo a la Brassa
A Peruvian classic dish features Chicken Thighs cooked in a sous vide and served with a fresh and vibrant green sauce that has a ton of flavor.
Tandoori Chicken
A Peruvian classic dish features Chicken Thighs cooked in a sous vide and served with a fresh and vibrant green sauce that has a ton of flavor.
Grouper Cakes
Local Grouper fillets baked and topped with a Cajun Remoulade Sauce.
Crab Cakes
Our most popular item and a signature dish features local Jumbo Lump Crab that is folded into a tangy mix of more Crab with hardly any filling. Served only with a pad of Butter. It needs nothing else.
Cannelloni
Two homemade pasta sheets are stuffed with a slow-cooked Ragu made with Beef mince and Pork mince, along with a mixture of Impastata (a premium Riccota Cheese), Pecorino Romano and Basil. The Cannelloni’s are topped with a Bechamel Sauce that is spiked with Truffle Oil and baked until golden and bubbly.
Etouffee
Crawfish Étouffée pronounced et tu fay is a simple stew. The stew is flavored with onions, bell peppers, celery, garlic and tomatoes to name a few of the ingredients. A light roux brings all of these wonderful flavors together in a slightly thick sauce with the delicate sweetness of the crawfish tails. Étouffée is typically served over rice.
